The International cricket council (ICC) has announced the T20 world cup begins on October 16 with the qualifier round. Eight teams will be participating in the tournament, and India is one of them that already qualified for the super 12 round in the Asia Cup 2022. The tournament venue will be held in Australia, hosted by itself, and defended the championship.

ICC T20 World Cup Venue and Fixture

This year T20 World Cup starts on October 16 with the first match between Sri Lanka and Namibia at Simonds Stadium, Australia.
